ABOUT THE PROJECT
The project envisages development of about 3.10 Acers of land consisting of independent villas and Residential flats at Vellanoor village, Near Avadi, Ambattur Taluk, Chennai.
PROMOTORS
Thiru B. SHANMUGAVELU, after completing his diploma in Civil Engineering in the year 1965 joined Tamilnadu Public works department. He was posted to Sethusamudharam Project Investigation Division, Ramanathapuram, which was formed to investigate and submit feasibility study of the project to the government. During the investigation he got experience in land and marine survey such as canal alignment in land and sea, sand movement across the canal by photo Isotope study, underwater current, tidal and wave study, sand movement and wind flow etc.
He underwent part time B.E classes at Alagappa Engineering Collage and scored First class in the year 1978. In a vision to start his own career, he resigned his job in PWD and moved to Chennai and started his consulting firm. In the year 1980 along with his friend Thiru. T. Annamalaiswamy, a Mechanical Engineer has started a Partnership firm ‘Sankar Constructions’ and later started his own firm ‘Spa Housing and Constructions Limited’ in the year 1993. Due to the recession prevailed during 1995-2000, ha was forced to close the company during the year 2003. The same year he has started his partnership firm with his son S. Vijay Anand, who was then having Ten years experience in the same line, in the name and style of “Spa Housing and Constructions”.
The Promoters, Spa Housing and Constructions are in the constructions field for more than three decades.
MANAGEMENT
A new partnership firm, in the name and style of “V SQUARE GREEN HOMES” is constituted with S. Vijay Anand and his friend Thiru R. Velmurugan, a Marine Engineer, who was in the construction field for the past Twenty years, who is now in trading business of construction materials such as Cement, Steel, Masonry blocks and Roof top solar panels as partners.
The following team will look after the project with the able assistants of their Architects, Interior Designers.
